Human Resources Department
The responsibility of the Human Resources department is divided into five business units composed as follows, supervised and managed by the head of the department:
- Training & Conferences
- Accounting & Budget
- Administrative matters and the relationship with the Central Bank of Lebanon
- Special Tasks assigned directly to the head of the department.
The goals of department and the basic functions:
The HR department is responsible for staffing management and to ensure that the conditions of employment are in accordance with regulations and policies prescribed by the Committee. The department includes also evaluating processes, procedures and staff qualifications.
